Our Approach to Returns & Exchanges

As a general rule, we don't accept returns once a product has been purchased. That said, we're glad to offer an exchange in these cases:

The size doesn't fit
You'd prefer a different design (depending on what's in stock)

A return or refund is only considered when:

You received the wrong product, or
The product turned out to be defective or arrived damaged

Exchanges

You have 24 hours from delivery to request an exchange.

For an exchange to be approved, the product needs to:

Show no signs of use or wear
Still be in its original packaging
Have every original tag intact
Come with the invoice or another proof of purchase
Have the request raised within that 24-hour window

Getting it back to us: You can ship the item back at your own expense, or opt for our reverse pickup service for a ₹250 fee. As soon as we receive the item and confirm it meets the criteria above, we'll move forward with your exchange.

Returns (Only for Wrong or Defective Items)

We'll accept a return only when:

The product is damaged or defective, or
You were sent the wrong item

One thing we need every time: a full unboxing video of the parcel is required to process any claim involving damage, defects, or an incorrect item. Without this video, we won't be able to approve the claim.
