Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is completely free within Gujarat. For orders delivered to other states, a flat ₹100 shipping charge applies, but if your order total crosses ₹3,000, shipping is free anywhere in India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of confirmation. After that, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days for Tier 1 cities and 5–7 business days for Tier 2 & Tier 3 locations, depending on where you're located.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We don't accept general returns, but exchanges are available within 48 hours of delivery for size issues or a change in design preference, subject to stock availability. Returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
Is an unboxing video required for damage claims?
Yes, this is mandatory. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you'll need a complete, unedited unboxing video as proof. Claims submitted without this video unfortunately cannot be approved for a refund or replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return or exchange request is approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days. Refunds are only issued if your requested replacement is unavailable or your damage/wrong-item claim has been verified.
